Unless this is no longer an option so I am always trying “Malaysian” curry power or paste to find a good alternative. I quite like this in terms of taste ((though not as good as the ones my mother used to make of course) but some may find it a bit spicy. Not all curries in Malaysia is spicy (hot). Maybe if I add more liquid in next time it won’t be as spicy as some of my friends won’t be able to take it.
