It's perfect for a beginner like myself. I bought the bands, then is bought some books - but how can you hold a book open, read the instructions and do the exercise all I once? I couldn't. I also tried YouTube videos, but I couldn't keep up with their pace. This poster is the perfect solution. It's quite large, clearly illustrated instructions of some basic beginner's moves, I can position myself several feet away and still easily see the instructions. The poster is nicely laminated and can be hung on a wall, easy to see while you're exercising. It works great for me.

Have to rebuild and rehab my rotator cuffs and replaced shoulder joint. This gives excellent instruction and advise on the upper body use of tubing exercising. Pricey, but really onlywell produced product I have found!
