Been using this on my police K-9 for a couple of weeks and thus far it has performed as expected.  It will spin around the neck a little so the handle is in the proper position about half the time.  E-collar contact stay against the neck once the collar is broke in and readjusted. Good quality and performs as expected.  The Velcro only has room for one standard patch if that is important to you.  Had reservations when I ordered but glad it did.

Stock u can't secure the male side. Had to cut off the outer velco to properly secure male side. It is a little bulky but I like the look.
