I bought oil paper to put through once in a while, but still squeaks with that. Now the machine will take a piece of paper and then stop and go in reverse by itself. We empty the bin many times to make sure that it doesn't think it is full. There isn't any kind of warning light that is on with ONE page going through. It will jam, I think employees are to blame but not positive. A recommendation, if something jams and you can reverse it, reverse it all the way out and put half back in. No reverse then forward, may work a few times but using that method you can bind paper in there so tight it practically turns into wood. At least my employee did.
