It's the 4th purchase I've made through Smarteam, seller of Jojospring light fixtures. I was terribly disappointed when after only 8 months, one of the sockets on this chandelier burned out. I contacted Smarteam, explained what happened and sent them photos. Almost immediately, I received a response from Smarteam that they would send a new chandelier free charge....terrific customer service! The reason only four stars is that it is a little bent and there's no way to straighten it out.
