Good quality. The reason for the missing star is the access to the interior of the purse. It is difficult/tight to access and feels less roomy than it actually should be because of the triangular structure of the purse.

I love this purse, and I get so many compliments every single time I use it. It doesn't open up that wide on top, but because of its design, it's really large at the bottom and has plenty of space. It is very well constructed, and appears to be an genuine Kate Spade purse based on my research.  My only complaint is that there are little tiny white dots on the front of one side of the purse, and I tried to clean it, but they won't come off.  Not sure how they got there because I take really good care of it, but they are there. I tried to return it, but amazon said the return window had closed, guess it was 30 days, but when you pay over $300.00 for a purse, it seems like there should be a 60 or 90 day return policy, especially when the recommended method of cleaning is not effective.

The product is nice however came damaged. The strap on the purse looks like it was torn or peeled. And the hooks to it feel like they're going to break and also very scratched and dicolored. Aside from those problems it is very nice but not worth the price.
