You put it together yourself; but it's simple, easy, and took me less than 30 minutes.It comes with all the tools necessary, but I'd also use your own toolkit if you have one instead of the turning screwing thing that they provide (sorry, I'm a girl, don't know the correct hardware term).I use it to store just about anything extra I have laying around (spare shampoo, toothbrushes, all those travel toiltery items from hotels, toilet paper, etc.). The baskets are deeper than they look, and hold a LOT of stuff. My only wish is that it was one more basket across. Instead of two, make one with three please.Thanks!
