Heavy, well constructed, great feel in your hand with superior insulation values and a very reasonable price. The flaw? As many others have noted it is difficult to separate these cups. Once separated you are rewarded with a cup that meets or exceeds expectations, IMO, but getting there can be frustrating (and perhaps not as hygienic as you would like in a workplace setting). I found that banging about half a stack of cups on a flat surface a few times will loosen most of them but you still may have to pull some of them apart which is difficult without contacting the drinking surface with you hand/fingers or partially crushing the cup. I like the product a lot and am willing to work with this limitation but my application is personal use. The cup held up through it all.But not with this latest batch. The rippled tan outer sheet starts coming off almost immediately, and it feels as if the walls of the cup are ready to give way at any second. What's happened to Genuine Joe?
