For example, if the crank mechanism had an issue, that's something we would happily replace or send a local dealer/installer out to inspect and ultimately repair. One of the most common issues that we run into is broken backboards. Broken backboards usually occur because somebody has thrown a rock or shot a bb gun at the backboard. This is an example of something that we would not cover in our warranty. However, we do offer replacement backboards for situations like this.
