The only problem is my dog would not use it. I thought she would like it since she likes being under things. I would give this product 5 stars if the return policy were more user friendly. I tried to return the item and the owner tried to talk me out of it and said to give it more time and my dog would use it soon. I waited, and still nothing. He finally agreed to refund me only $10.00 instead of letting me return the item for a full refund. Be sure this is what you want because you will not get your money back.
