The Timbren Axle-Less Suspension offers a robust 2,000 lb capacity per pair, featuring an easy bolt-on installation that eliminates the need for welding. This innovative design fits all frame widths and enhances ground clearance, making it the perfect retrofit solution for trailers with damaged spindles and axles. With durable black powder coat finish and reliable tracking, this suspension system is engineered for performance and longevity.

## Description

The ground breaking axle-less suspension can be used on both off-road and on-road trailers. Timbrens' unique rubber spring technology allows for an incredibly smooth and quiet ride. Furthermore, a second smaller spring acts as a rebound spring, so whether the trailer is loaded or empty there is always tension on the suspension, eliminating rattling and trailer bounce.  This kit is rated for 2,000 pound capacity for the pair. Timbren part number- #ASR2000S01. Please note: Castle nuts, washers and cotter pins are included. The 1-1/16" bearing pack (280454), Nuts (STN-506) or trailer hubs are not included. Also, this kit has no brake flanges.

- Easy bolt-on installation eliminates welding and makes it possible to mount to aluminum frames. Requires no thru axle - improved ground clearance & low deck height.
- Fits all frame widths. Factory built-in camber and tow-in ensures trailer will always track well.
- Easy retrofit solution for trailers with broken or bent spindles and axles. Black powder coat finish.
- Equipped with 1-1/16" E-Z lube spindles with a 1.50" seal ride surface

A: I believe you can use any hub you want. I am building a sidecar for my motorcycle and bought a 5 lug hub with disk brake.

**Q: Can I put electric brakes on these axels ?**
