Pro- it hasn’t damaged any of my carpets or furniture. Con- it doesn’t come with instructions. Even though they seem like a common sense type instruction, you have to go to a website for the info. The product description states it won't peel off pain. I used it on my door since my cat likes to scratch on it all the time. This ended up ruining my door. It was time to replace the tape since it was loosing it's sticky-ness. Only had it on for about 2 maybe 3 weeks tops. The paint starts to rip off my door as soon as I started to remove it. Not worth. This tape caused way more damage than its worth. So after months of frustration and a 3" x 2" section of pulled thread, I found this. It's been on that bench for a few days now and fur baby no longer uses it as a scratching post!
