I keep seeing questions about will this carafe fit this machine or that machine. I don't know. I have a Mr. Coffee, it didn't fit that one even though the product description said it would. I DO know that trying to return the carafe was a total hassle and it took a couple of months and numerous complaints and emails to get my refund. In hind sight, I should have just gone to Sears, Target, Walmart or somewhere like that bought a generic glass carafe. If it fit, great! If not, it would at least be easy to return. Many machines have specific carafes but you can put the brand and model number into a google search and see who carries your specific replacement carafe. This came with two lids and one adaptor that can be used on either of the lids to raise height. Lid #1 did not work. Lid #2 did not work. Lid #1 with adaptor did not work. Lid #2 with adaptor worked!!! I am so happy to have a coffee pot again and that I did not have to buy a whole new coffeemaker! My coffeemaker is a 12-cup Melitta MDL46893. When the carafe broke, I could not find a replacement anywhere, not even on the Melitta website. I emailed Melitta via their website and received a 'standard' answer that included a link to their "sister company," Hamilton Beach, who "makes carafes for them." The HB website did not have one either! Frustrating! I like my Melitta coffeemaker, but I am no longer a fan of their company because they still sell this model coffeemaker but do not provide replacement carafes for it, and this is not a standard type carafe, it's very high. Shame on Melitta. When this coffeemaker breaks down, I will not purchase a Melitta product again. . . . But, back to this universal carafe by Crucial: It's perfect, very cleverly designed lid system, good quality. I highly recommend this carafe. Crucial saved the day! ### ⭐⭐⭐ A little too short for the Hamilton Beach FlexBrew *by A***9 on November 15, 2020* I purchased this item as a replacement for the glass carafe that came with my Hamilton Beach FlexBrew coffee maker. I had read reviews that it was a great replacement. While the carafe is easy to clean and it pours without spilling, the height of it is just not quite enough for it to trip the filter basket into releasing coffee. I also didn't care for the fact that you have to completely remove the lid to fill the pot versus flipping the lid up. Not a deal breaker, but the fact that it's just a little too short to work will have me returning it.If anyone has found a replacement Carafe for the Hamilton Beach FlexBrew coffee maker, please respond. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Glass Carafe with Two Different Lids and One Adapter – A Clever Design and Versatile For a Variety of Coffee Makers *by C***E on August 14, 2016* The media could not be loaded. We needed a glass carafe to fit the DeLonghi DCF2212T coffee pot, and this one worked just fine. The 12-cup glass carafe comes with two different lids and one adapter that fits into the grooves of each lid. Therefore, this offers four selections to fit most standard coffee makers.The glass carafe had a slightly different shape from the original DeLonghi coffee pot, but it did fit into the space without a problem. However, it is the cover that connects under the coffee maker’s water reservoir that enables the coffee maker to work, and allows the coffee to drip into the carafe. We used one of the lids along with one of the adapters on the top, and this made a perfect connection.
