The smell is very nice and calm and it did help with less shedding...like the volume it gave my hair, tho' I do have thick hair but as I am getting older with stress ..it had started shedding a lot..but after using this shampoo I noticed less shedding...I am still looking for that miracle shampoo that will completely stop the shedding.
