This one has wider wheels which aids in stability. It is shaped in such a way as to lessen the chance of banging your knuckles on the sides of the wheels. I modified mine by adding four large steel washers to the handles as well as about a half dozen rubber washers. The rubber washers are placed between the grips, the steel washers, and the wheels ensuring a longer handle with more stability and making impossible to bang my knuckles on the sides of the wheels. The rubber washers help keep the handles in place and lessens the tendency for the handles to get loose. I also put rubber crutch handles over the handles to give a larger more comfortable grip. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ but it has held up perfectly fine.
