Their customer service was great as one of the brushes can crushed. After leaving it in hot water as suggested by them and it not springing out they replaced it. Some of the brushes are a little bit on the flimsy side, but the ones that I really wanted these for are great! The bottle brush is a bit on the big side for the bottles that I use, but still works awesome for it! The straw brush is a bit on the short side for some of the straws that we have, but I just fip the straw over and put it through that side, I'm totally fine with that. The long bottle brush is awesome and fits the water bottle that I needed it for.
