There is plenty of support with this. The band around the bottom is wide for extra support. The fabric is nice and comfortable. I like the mesh in the back which helps in keeping it from getting soaked with sweat from my running pack.There isn't anything I really dislike but I did follow the sizing and ordered what I normally do. While it fits, I could have also gone a size up and maybe not had it as tight. However, it doesn't bother me that it is tight so sizing up may not have mattered. Overall, the things I like about this sports bra outweigh anything else. I use this mostly for running and hiking and I haven't had it long enough to comment on the durability but as I use it more, I will definitely post an update if it doesn't live up to initial review. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Preeetty good.... *by M***A on January 17, 2019* Received my package in a very timely manner...actually ended up arriving a day earlier than expected which was awesome. Now, first off, it is your standard t-back sports bra as you can see from the images. There really isn’t anything special in its design but the overall fit is great. The material is lightweight and doesn’t feel cheap in any way but do keep in mind the material is a little thinner, especially in the front chest area where the Tatas go. I found out that when it arrived it didn’t have any of the usual bra pads so I tried it on without and it gave pretty good support but you will have slight nippage and a definite cake of pancake boobs. It does have hole where you can insert your own bra pads if you wish which is what I ended up doing when I tried it on a second time to see if it made any difference in support which it did. However, if you do use bra pads you may be able to see the actual pad itself through the material which I could just ever so slightly. It wasn’t enough to deter me from giving a good review as I love the bra and how comfortable it is. The decal in the front is nice too. Overall, I give it medium support and bra is true to sizing. I don’t have a large chest (bust is 36, and cup size varies between an A and B) so for someone with a large chest it might lessen the support a little but with pads u might be fine for medium impact activities. Worth the money and would like to try more from this company soon. ### ⭐⭐ Not comfortable *by M***M on January 22, 2019* In the description it says 79% cotton. On the label on the workout bra I received there is no cotton at all. Very disappointed. I wanted the comfortable feel of cotton. I wore this to work. The first few hours I was ok but it starts to get more uncomfortable the longer you wear it. Irritated my skin.
