I have tried more than 6 different kinds and have not been happy with them, I am 5' 7" 170 pounds with a protruding belly and a small to medium umbilical hernia. The problem I had with the other brands is that they tend to ride down when used for the whole day. The Bort does not. The protruding bulge in t he insert fits well to push the hernia in and it stays in place pretty much the whole day! I ordered a second one in reserve.
