To me this was a waste of money. $32 ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Some signs of early relief *by A***R on March 27, 2019* I have been suffering with plantar fascitis pain in my left heel for about 3 months now and tried different things like gel heel pads, ice, accupuncture but nothing helped. The pain is almost unbearable, especially in the morning when getting out of bed. I have only used these inserts for a few days but there are already signs of early relief. I can slowly get back to doing my morning walk now. I find these orthotics very comfortable and easy to fit in my sneakers and also my work shoes.
