It took me a while to find a chair that fit me properly since I'm 6" but this chair has a very wide and long base which is perfect, my knees don't hang out too far. The material feels high quality and the pillows are comfy, although a little tough. The massage function is a bit gimmicky and I wish the cable was longer, but otherwise this chair was a miracle to find since all the other gamer chairs seem to be made for children... The leg rest is also incredibly comfortable. I'm writing this review after owning the chair for 2 months and overall I'm very satisfied. The seat is large enough for me to sit cross legged comfortably. But I had a little difficulty putting it together by myself but nothing to crazy. Also the head rest pillow is a little to firm for comfort in my opinion but I’m sure with time it will soften a bit.
