I've tried the Cinnamon Raisin, Carrot Cake and Banana Walnut.  They are all great - for what they are.  No they don't taste like a cinnamon raisin biscuit or a piece of carrot cake.  But for a nutritious bar that's got 12 grams of fiber, they taste great with my coffee!  I agree with another reviewer that the texture is somewhat like a chewy oatmeal cookie.  Will definitely try other flavors.

These fiber bars taste great, but are a bit too sweet for my taste.  I prefer the Oskri fiber bars which are not quite as sweet and have a nice crunch.
