Its the only wood polish / cleaner that I would use. I have very expensive custom cabinets that are hand stained black. I love them but they do show hand prints and grease as well as water spots. The cabinet company only suggested one product to clean them with but I couldn't find them so I decided to try this stuff. I'm glad that I did, it works like a charm. My cabinets looked as good as new when I was finished. I just sprayed it on a clean wash cloth and rubbed it on (along the grain) and then used another clean wash cloth and buffed the cabinets / wiped it off. It didn't look like I needed to wipe anything off, but it did seem to help a bit to kind of buff it - added a bit of a shine. (not shiny but just restored it back to the original look). I use it every few weeks around the knobs on my kitchen and bathroom cabinets and drawers.
