I usually use one lg can of puree and a lg can of crushed tomatoes for a pound of pasta but with this brand all I need is this one can and some pasta water to make the same amount it is so concentrated and thick! I like that it is not acidic like other brands, no sugar was needed. It is very rich with tomato flavor. I like it better then Cento or Pomi. I was surprised and happy to have tried this when my former choice was out of stock. Give it a try you will be surprised!
