## Questions & Answers

**Q: We have had good success with ours.  Unfortunately, we are moving and I can't figure out how to get all of the water out.  Any ideas?**
A: I just unscrewed it and held it upside down. With the last remaining water, I just squeezed it and it all came out.

**Q: How big?**
A: About 4 ft tall and the size of a 6 year old, as I recall.  The 2 grandsons (3 and 6) loved it and punched a leak in it in 3 days. Maybe not all children are so active (wild?).

**Q: How long does it last?**
A: We have had it for over a year. I bought it when my three year old grandson had a bad habit of punching his one year old brother. This was to give him an alternative. They are rowdy active 2 and 4 year olds now. They have done everything to it. They hit it, kick it, roll & jump on it. It is just like new. We keep it out in the toy room at their house. A great purchase.

**Q: How do I fill it with sand?  I took off the white cap and found there was another plastic piece underneath that I can't seem to unscrew to use funnel.**
A: What color is the second piece of plastic?  After you take the screwed cap off, there is another safety cap, or plug.  That one is clear/white-ish.  You just pull that one out. There should be a couple of recesses so that you can grab it with your fingers and pull.  Then, you should see the bottom of the bag, which is red.  If the top bag is full of air, it is hard to get space to insert a funnel, so it is better to fill the bottom without the top part (the part you punch) of the bag full.
