There is no battery pack **Q: How do I return it or buy a portable battery as I need it to be mobile** A: buy a power bank **Q: How long does it take to charge ?** A: I have had mine for sometime but once plugged in it warms almost immediately i tend to sit with it wrapped around and gives me constant heat across my lower back. I keep belt on when going about the house but disconnect usb . The heat is retained for some time. On my belt i only have one setting but perhaps an older version. However the power switch is located on the back which poses two problems; firstly with a back injury I hurt myself twisting to try and locate the switch to turn it on and adjust the power setting, second problem is when I sit down the switch is a push button and it simply changes the power settings or turns off!I do not understand why the switch and power connection are not on the side of the belt.
