Dislike the delivery during warm weather *by J***D on October 29, 2023* Love the product. But, The product does not hold up well when shipped during warm weather. The bars are delivered melted and even if they are placed in the refrigerator, they are noticeably, negatively affected. I have contacted the manufacturer and vendor about this and I have been offered a discount code for my next order… and had the exact same problem each order. I was asked to give an honest review on Amazon as I attempt to order more because I love them… but the last 4 boxes of 12 I ordered were all melted goo… and it’s been disappointing. Now that we are in the Fall and it’s not quite so hot, I’m hoping to have a better experience with the next order. I just wish there was a better quality control of the the product during delivery. Update——- My next order of 4 boxes came in very good condition. The manufacturer reached out to me and offered to refund the entire purchase. It’s much appreciated… We will see if that happens.
