However, Cathy was so personable and easy to reach. She answered many questions I had outside of the cloth. When I contacted her to inform her of the issue, she immediately apologized and sent me one personally. If you do have an issue, reach out to her and give her the chance to make it right. This cloth felt sooooo soft and velvety...I LOVE IT!!! I couldn't decide on the color so I ended up getting both blue and black, figuring I could just return one of them. But now having seen them in person I think I will keep them both! The black is classic and traditional and goes well with any deck. The blue is a beautiful navy shade and I just LOVE how it looks with the gold print.
