It is intensive healing so it is thick but doesn't leave a film. It made my skin feel very soft. I used it on my hands, face, feet & arms and that was the case on all those surfaces.It is winter now so the air can be very dry and it was great for protecting against that. It does not have a scent and like I said it doesn't irritate sensitive skin. The price made it ok to use all over.
