    Breakdown in communication and fraudulent listing

These candles were listed as slow-burning (5+ hours) but burn down in about 3 1/2 hours. The candles were described as coming with a glass candle holder. I now have 4 packages and not one of them has a candle holder. When I objected after receiving the first 2 packages, I was sent first 1 more package (no holder) and the next day another package (no holder). The 3rd and 4th packages had invoices that listed them as gifts. Now I am given a choice of paying for them or returning them. If they were gifts, why would I pay for them? They are not complete products and I am still unhappy with them. They are worth about $3/box, not the $9+/- I was charged.

I purchased these since we have a hurricane coming our way.. thankfully they were delivered in time (two days later than what was guaranteed). HOWEVER... the description says it comes with a candle holder and it DOES NOT. So, these are basically useless without that. I plan on returning them.
