The gold bumpers add interest without looking tacky. I received complements in the first few days of having the green one on my phone :) It's a beautiful forest green, almost teal.Pros:+ I have already dropped my phone several times (oops) and phone is 100% fine, even without a screen protector.+ Looks great+ Easy to install+ If you ding the gold bumpers from dropping your phone, they are interchange if you buy a replacement case, even another color.Cons:- It's protective but the gold parts are not durable. I like that it's very slim and I get a lot of compliments on it, because of the gold accents. It comes in three pieces and is a little difficult to put together and take apart. My only real issue is that the part that covers the on/off button has broken off so I can't push the button, as it's recessed with the cover on, but does work without the cover on. I thought my phone was broken until I took it to a repair place and the problem with the cover was pointed out. I like the cover enough to purchase it again, as I did drop the phone on a vinyl floor a few days before the problem happened, so that may have caused the issue. It did protect the phone.
