The first sofa was damaged and was replaced. After a few months the sofa started to feel like I was sitting on a plank of wood, no cushioning. I contacted the company and they eventually sent out someone to have a look - he didn't sit on the sofa, wasn't aware about the storage underneath. I was told there is nothing wrong with it. The back of sofa has now broke.
