He has a difficult time keeping up with our other dog and he is partially paralyzed in his back legs now so he has a hard time with walking at all sometimes; this sling allows him to get outside and maybe walk a little bit but when he gets to a point where he can't walk at all I can just pick him up and pop him in the sling and were good to go. Also, it is very comfortable on the shoulders! They responded immediately and noted a new shorter (strap) version would be available by the end of the month (February). It has arrived, fits perfectly, and the puppy and we are very happy with it.
