Lloyd pans 12x12x1.5 inch Sicilian style Pizza pans require no pre-seasoning on your end. Our exclusive Pre Seasoned Tuff-Kote (PSTK) finish is a permanent, stick-resistant coating, eliminating the need for any pre-seasoning. The double thick flat rim adds strength and long-lasting durability. Heavy duty .063 inch thick aluminum bakes faster than steel pans. All LloydPans that feature our Pre Seasoned Tuff-Kote (PSTK), Silver-Kote, and Dura-Kote are oven safe to 700° when empty. However, the introduction of food brings with it a natural moisture barrier that keeps the surface of the pans cooler and making it possible for them to withstand significantly higher temperatures without any resulting damage. Even wood burning ovens that sustain temperatures of 900° + are not a threat to the integrity of our pans as long as the food that’s being prepared on them is closely monitored so that it isn’t burned. Review: Excellent pizza pan and easy to clean - This pan made a delicious pizza! Crisp crust. I’ve made 100’s of pizzas! For this I used a pizza dough that came from an Italian deli. I put a small amount of olive oil in the pan - I used drained canned tomatoes, onion, provolone cheese, garlic salt and oregano. The pan was so easy to clean! And it’s not a heavy pan so it’s easy to handle getting it out of the oven and getting the pizza onto a board to cut.

**Q: How much dough is recommended on the 12x12 pan?**
A: This is what I use:
• 1½ C AP Flour
• 1½ C King Arthur Italian Blend Flour or 00 flour
• 3/4 Tbs Pizza Dough Flavor (mashed/finely grated Pecorino/Romano cheese, garlic, oregano, basil)
• 1 Tsp Salt
• 1 Tsp Yeast
• 1 C Luke-warm Water
• 1½ Tbs Olive Oil (plus 1½ Tbs to grease pan

**Q: What is the non stick coating made of, any harmful chemicals**
A: It is a hard anodize with a water based mineral sealer. Eco-Friendly, non-toxic PTFE/PFOA- free release coating.

**Q: Any familiar with old forge style pizza? can i get a fried bottom on my crust with this?**
A: Not really familiar with the old forge style pizza, but many people add fat to our pans for a shallow fry characteristic. Thank You LloydPans

**Q: What temperatures can this pan take? My wood fired pizza oven goes up to around 950* F.**
A: All of the LloydPans PSTK coated products are safe to 700° F. That said, with food in the pan it will never get to this temp because the pan temp is never much higher than the food temp within. Food at 750° is burnt to a crisp. We have many commercial pizza restaurants using these pans in their wood-fired ovens with great success. With food on the pan there is not really a max temperature. As long as you remove the pan from the oven when the food is done(don't burn the food).Thank You, LloydPans

What an awesome pan! First time user of Lloyd pan, and impressed! Tiny scratches along the rim, but not on the actual cook surface, so no biggie. Nonstick surface is extremely easy to clean. Fits perfectly into my ninja air fryer (space saver type). My ninja is extremely low profile and came with a 3/4 inch high broiler type pan. I wanted just a tad deeper, and this pizza pan depth is just what I needed! Cookies just slide off. No parchment needed. It’s solid, with good feel weight wise. Highly doubt it will warp! A bit pricey, but you get what you pay for when it comes to cookware IMO.
