The straps were soft, the footbed was comfortable and it's so lightweight that I ended up using it daily at home. I purchased another pair two years later but I immediately started to feel chafing right where the knot is. Looks like the same pair but upon close inspection, I noticed that the fabric on the knot of this is much thicker than my previous one. The earlier version I purchased had a thin, soft ribbon-like material and this is thick, chunky fabric.
