People who respond to important questions in a smart-aleck way are literally causing the decline in our basic industry standards. **Q: how many lifts will this last me?** A: A box of eight identical blocks from a different manufacturer has lasted me nearly three years. I use it only when I deadlift heavy (without straps, hook grip, around 475 lbs now; started using it at around 275), which was twice a week for approximately the first 15 months I used the chalk, and then once a week since. For the past six months I've also used it for trap bar Farmer's carries of ~ 425 pounds once or twice a week. I'm beginning to use it once a week for heavy presses.
