Review: Replacement Magnets for Dugout Board - I have been using a dugout magnet board for years and the tabs that hold the cards are always getting broken off. That's not a knock on the magnets, that's just normal use. First time I've tried this brand of magnets. They appear to be strong and don't fly off the board when I hit it. The magnets are wider than the original board magnets. Not an issue since I can easily adjust my label template to account for that. The magnets do come with pre-cut labels. Another reviewer mentioned that they don't stay in and slide out easily. I can confirm that. Also, not an issue for me since I make my own labels.

**Q: Will these stick to magnetic tape?**
A: They should. They’re definitely magnetic. However the writing tabs are very small and every fall out if the magnet falls, which they don’t fall easily. We just have a lot on our board. Good luck!

**Q: Are additional writing tabs available in different colors? We use these multiple years.**
A: I haven't seen other colors. Comes with white and blue. I use a label maket and use different color label paper each year. Hope that helps.

**Q: Can they be cut in half crosswise to 3/4-inch length with a common carpenter's blade or knife, like those used to cut sheet rock wall panels?**
A: Yes that shouldn’t be a problem at all. I would recommend probably just a good pair of scissors to limit the likelihood of cutting your fingers. They are basically made from rubber and pliable.

**Q: Do these fit the coachers magnetic softball/baseball board?**
A: Yes, they fit nice and stick better than the original magnets

I purchased these for a softball game board that I made. They are the perfect size for this board. They stick well, they seem well made, and there were more than enough. They’re also east to move around. The only con is that the little papers that you slide into the magnet do not stay in there and so I ended up using glue dots to get them to stick; otherwise they would fall out. So, if you get these, make sure you add some mini glue dots or double sided tape so that the papers don’t slide out of the magnet!
