Within 12 hours of posting my issue (one of the lugs not catching on the watch I understand things happen and was not too bummed given the low price of the band), I received an email from support informing me that a replacement was being sent. I just received the replacement and it fits perfect. It is a little stiff but I expected that. I rolled the band a little and it softened a lot and I expect it to soften even more over time. The fit is very comfortable. I have a black SS Series 3, LTE and I wish they made a version of this with black lugs (at least I didn't see any when I looked). Overall, I really like the look of the band and the support was fantastic. They sought me out after reading my review, and made right of the defect pretty darn fast. This is the watch band that was made to match the Apple Watch 4!This is my third Apple Watch band I have purchased since I’ve gotten my new Apple Watch 4. The other bands I purchased was made by Top4cus as well but was brown and black. This gray leather band looks nice in color with the Space Gray Apple Watch. This color blends nicely with the black face/glass of all of the watches, regardless the color you select, the metal clasps will sync as if in a coordinated fashion. I enjoy changing my bands based on the colors I wear. The ability to swap out bands easily gives the appearance that I have several watches and gives me a different look from day to day.The new Apple Watch 4 is light in weight so you want a band that doesn’t add much weight to your wrist. This band is light, flexible and practical.I liked the other bands so much that I felt it necessary to order a third band and do another review. I neglected to mention it comes with a free clear watch case for extra protection of the watch and tools to change out the buckles based on your preference. All the things I liked about the first bands/strap is just as nice and ever present. It’s a soft leather that appears to be a watch band that could sell for four times the cost.
