    DIVERTER VALVE AS SHOWN IN THE INSTRUCTIONS IS FITTED UPSIDE DOWM

BOUGHT ONE OF THESE AND THE WATER FLOW TO THE HAND HELD PART WAS NON EXISTENT. SO I REPORTED A PROBLEM AND HAD TO BUY ANOTHER AS A REPLACEMENT. ON INSPECTION OF THE NEW SHOWER KIT I EXAMINED THE DIVERTER VALVE. MY PLUMBER INSTALLED THE SHOWER KIT A SHOWN IN THE SUPPLIED INSTRUCTIONS. HOWEVER THIS IS INCORRECT.THE VALVE HAS TO BE ROTATED 180 DEGREES WITH THE LEVER ON THE RIGHT HAND SIDE. THIS GIVES GOOD FLOW TO BOTH SHOWER HEADS. LEVER UP GIVES FLOW TO RAIN SHOWER HEAD. LEVER DOWN GIVES GOOD FLOW TO HAND HELD SHOWER.SO THER WAS NOT A PROBLEM WITH THE SHOWER KIT. THE FIXING INSTRUCTION ARE WRONG.THE SUPPLIER SHOULD INDICATE ON THE DIVERTER WHICH IS THE INLET PORT.

I bought this thinking this 3 way mixer will solve my problem, but there is no water coming in the hand-held shower. Waste of time and money. Do not buy it
