Supposedly covered by the maclaren lifetime warranty but their customer service is non existent and my contact hasn’t even been acknowledged. Review: Don’t buy this - One of the front wheels snapped off after only three months’ use. The raincover broke the first time we attached it. The seat doesn’t stay in the reclined position; our daughter would just sit back up and click the backrest into the upright position again. Very frustrating when she needed a sleep but didn’t want to oblige. The front wheel lock buttons are just where our daughter’s feet rested so she would repeatedly lock one or both wheels as we were going along so we’d have to stop, brake and go round to the front of the pushchair to unlock them over and over again. It currently says it is charcoal/silver however it looks like it's more navy/blue from the pics?** A: The one I bought is definitely charcoal/silver. Not blue **Q: What is the lowest handle height?** A: The lowest handle height is as shown in the photos.... you can only extend it upwards. I’m 5”6 and find it to be a bit high but not too uncomfortable. I know you didn’t ask but if I’d have known how bad this buggy would be I wouldn’t have bought it. I upgraded from my old one which was fantastic, it was on its last legs after 10 years! **Q: When child is strapped in and leans forward the seat comes forward. Does this happen to anyone else and any way of stopping it?** A: Yes it happened to me as well.
