It's very easy to set up, literally put batteries in sensor and then in base unit, and it instantly started showing data. Internal antenna strength easily picked up outside data through outside house wall and kitchen cubby wall. Spot on accurate when compared with local observations. Read a review or two that said numbers were hard to read, but don't see an issue. Able to read outside temp from across the room. The rest of screen numbers are a bit small, but easy to read and very intuitive when standing next to it. I like that it shows moon phases.
