The paintable panel ships disconnected. Your old panel will --kinda-- fit. I snipped a few tabs (others were broken) and epoxied it on. Other than the bottom tabs, the fit looks perfect. Paint will cost more than the mirror.2. Get a couple styles of 5/16" wrenches. One of the bolts can't be installed dead-on unless you want to remove the inside of the door. But using a little wrench isn't too hard.3. Don't drop the the screws or any tools down the hole and inside the door.
