Cute and gets the job done. Easy to pop the wax out, though it needs a little extra cleaning after using it a few times. For the small size, the scent disperses well in a large room. And the design is really cute.

### ⭐ Just didnt work.  Turned it on and it didnt get warm enough.  Returned it.

I liked the color and design. There were no directions included so plugged it in and waited. Only got vaguely warm and that's the end of my story with this product. Too bad, I really liked the style and color.

I had an issue with the original unit that came (the usb port was misaligned with the opening), but the company sent out a new one that was perfect. I've had no problems with the unit, it works perfectly as advertised. I've used their happy wax line, as well as waxes from other online sellers, and it's great. The silicone cup is great as well, making it easy to swap out scents as desired, with no scraping wax off of a ceramic bowl.
