My husband has issues with whey protein and I have issues with soy so we like the egg white base of this. Tastes as good as most other protein powders. The packaging is terrible though. This being a powder and no chance of being crushed or broken if overcrowded the containers arrive half full. I’m sure the amount is fairly accurate based on weight but it’s a huge waste of plastic and shipping space.
