I informed Amazon of the matter and I was able to quickly return the original product and receive a new one with no issue. Also, there is a strange spring in the middle of the plug and the base of the stem on the wax warmer. The wax warmer is made of ceramic which makes it quite heavy, and pulls away from the spring that’s attached to the base of the stem… Causing it to lean forward. Sometimes when the wax is hot and melted, the wax pours out because it is leaning forward. The sockets in my wall are strong and sturdy, so I don’t like the fact that the wax warmer is slightly tilting over. Other than that the wax warmer it does get hot pretty quickly and the wax melts smoothly.
