Pretty easy to use, I bought Dole frozen fruits and put in approximately 7 pieces of frozen fruit with water and powder. When you pour the items make sure it turn blue when you tighten it up. Once you see the blue light on the bottom go ahead and keep pressing that button and it will start and end by itself.
