A: Yes.  The ingredients shown on the label of the Onion Bisto states "Flavour Enhancers (E621,E635)."  The E621 designation in the UK is for Monosodium Glutamate (MSG).

**Q: Is this gluten free?**
A: If you Google this question you will get "No, Bisto Gravy is NOT gluten-free. A key ingredient used to make Bisto Gravy Granules is Wheat Flour. Wheat is a grain that is loaded with gluten. Therefore we can safely say that Bisto Gravy Granules must be avoided if you are gluten intolerant or suffer from any form of coeliac disease.".

**Q: How much gravy does this make?**
A: 4 teaspoons plus 1 cup water makes 1 cup gravey, or 1tsp= 1/4 cup.  Directions on side label.

A: Mine is well into 2022 but I use it up well before it expires. It’s very tasty

My sister lives in the UK and that is where it first tried these gravy granules. They are so incredibly easy. You just mix them with water and heat it up a little bit and the gravy is actually really delicious. It doesn’t taste like the gravy packets, you buy here in the US at all. It’s actually well-rounded and has a flavor besides just being salty. Sadly, I am now addicted and have to pay a ridiculous price when I am running out. But I do recommend it. It’s really good.
