We needed the blind and so, as it was attached to the window at that point, we decided not to return.The company need to check their products before sending out. A, blind, once unpacked and screwed onto the frame is not the easiest item to return.You cannot see the material would not pull down before affixing it.Disappointed, have informed them. The pictorial instructions aren’t very clear. If you are of those who struggle to assemble flat pack furniture ( I have to say I find IKEA stuff very straightforward but some apparently don’t ) you would soon be wanting to throw this through your new velux window. I went on line and eventually found a helpful video tutorial.But persevere and try not to swear too much ( I think the Archbishop of Canterbury would swear a little trying to install this ) and you will be rewarded. It’s a fantastic bit of kit and at a very good price. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ More than happy *by M***S on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 28 February 2022* Absolutely loved these blinds. I can understand from some people the instructions are slightly awkward but there is a big black arrow at the bottom to skip the first couple of instructions for the velux. Only thing I found is make sure you slot the blind in the side rails when screwing them up. Not 100% black out at the bottom but 99% is pretty good.
