My long staff is actually 72" so this 60' bag did not quite work out, but I contacted the company (hoping to simply order a 72" one if they made them knowing it was my mistake for not checking, because otherwise I loved the bag). The response I got was very quick and so accommodating! Within hours someone responded that the first batch of 72" bags had just been finished and that even though it wasn't available publicly (they should be soon :) ), and even though I did purchase off of desertcart instead of directly through them, they offered to give me the 72" bag, all I had to do was pay to ship the 60" bag back. In a few days I had the new 72" bag, and it is excellent. I have all of my weapons in one convenient bag and still have room to spare if I need to hold more. You could fit a 52" longsword in the side sword pocket, that pocket uses a hook/loop closure that allows a variety of sword lengths. If that isn't to you preference, you could also fit this long of a sword in the main pocket as long as it doesn't have hilt that is more than 4.5" wide. At 52" the tip of the sword would be below the lip of the opening of the main pocket, but would be still fairly easy to get out. **Q: Will a 60" bo staff fit in this bag and still be able to close bag easily?** A: It should fit with no problem. I use a ~55" jo and there is plenty of room left at the top of the bag. Additionally the flap has some adjustability to it and should handle you 60" bo **Q: Is this bag wide enough to accommodate a bokken with tsuba and a jo?** A: Thank you for the question, the short answer is "yes" to both. Bobags are designed to store a bokken with tsuba in the sword pocket on the outside of the bag. The open top sword pocket allows for a wide variety of swords and tsuba to be accommodated. You could put the bokken in the bag main pocket, but it is not recommended as the bag only has the opening at the top and fishing out anything shorter than 50" can be a challenge. As for the jo the 60" main pocket will definitely fit a jo, but depending on the length of your jo you may have to tip the bag to get it out or do like other jo users do and fill the bottom bag to raise the jo end to the top of the bag. We are currently working on an alternate access to allow jo users easier access to their staff and hope to have that feature in production by the summer (of 2017). **Q: Is this case large enough for a Templar sword** A: No idea.
