It has to connect to a hose, so maybe if there is plenty of water in the tank it can work if you have a hose lead. Water pressure doesn’t seem to be the issue as the machine provides the pressure. I primarily bought it to clean the rims on my car as there are so many nooks and crannies it is hard to clean them by hand. I spray a little 409, hit it with my power washer, and they are like new. Love it. I have found other small cleaning jobs that it tackled without me having do do a lot of labor that normal cleaning requires. That said, it is a small job cleaner. It will clean your windows (not second story), but it won't clean your concrete patio - unless you plan to spend a long time working on it.
