I needed plates for a specific application and these (100mm and 150mm) looked perfect but I was reluctant to get it since some people posted that this was too small to work with RRS QR. I have 2 BH-55 LR ball heads and a RRS PG-02 Full Gimbal-pano head and all worked perfectly with this plate as a mater of fact exactly the same as the $80+ RRS plates, It requires the same pressure as my other RRS plates to lock it. This thing is a bargain at $24.
